Try this simple conscious breathing exercise:


1. Get Comfortable: 

Sit or lie down, close your eyes, and relax.


2. Inhale Deeply: 

Breathe in through your nose, filling your lungs completely.


3. Hold Your Breath: 

Pause for a moment, bringing awareness to the stillness.



4. Exhale Slowly: 

Let the air out, feeling the release.


5. Breath Awareness: 

As you inhale again, fully engage with the sensation of the breath. Notice, observe, feel.

Stay present, focus on each breath, and reconnect with the moment. ❤️
