What do you do to challenge yourself?
What do you do to get outside of your contort zone?
I like to challenge myself daily… either though my physical expression, thoughts or emotions.
I prefer being on my own terms so i can push that enveloppe a little every day.
It does not need to be complicated!
For some, a challenge can be to wake-up everyday at the same time.
For other it can be to cook breakfast every morning.
Once you have a strong foundation, you can take on harder challenges.
Onwards and upwards!
